Host your event at Destiny Church.

All individuals desiring to use the fellowship hall must first read and sign by submitting the form below.

 
  1. Only members and regular attendees may use the fellowship hall.

  2. Requests must be made at least two weeks prior to your event date.

  3. You are only allowed access one hour prior to the event start time and must be cleaned up and done no later than one hour after.

  4. The rest of the building is off limits.

  5. Nothing shall be taped or thumb tacked to the walls.

  6. No candles.

  7. No alcohol.

  8. Destiny Church is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

  9. All set up is your responsibility (i.e. tables, chairs, decorations, etc.)

  10. Your responsibilities before leaving include:

    • Making sure all trash is in the designated cans.

    • Tables and chairs are returned to the way you found them.

    • All decorations or personal items brought must be removed.

  11. Any damage to the church equipment or facility will be charged to the person responsible for the event.
